I called on Friday to schedule a home inspection, by the following Tuesday David was there early ready to go. Tri-State had excellent communication with me and we couldn’t have had a better inspector. David was thorough, super friendly, very knowledgeable and obviously very good at his job! He explained things in detail and took time to answer all of our questions. Fantastic experience from beginning to end…thank you Tri-State!

I was restless and worried about the entire purchase until I went and did the walkthrough inspection with Tim. He is one of the best in his professions that I have ever witnessed in any industry.
